Digital Essence - about us

Nestled in the shadows of Leith Hill, the highest point in South East England, Digital Essence is based in the historic village of Ockley.

Although we are a small company, I have over a decade of experience in web design, hosting, programming and search engine optimisation dating back to 1997 when I used to work in Edinburgh, then London before moving out to the country where we raise our free range chickens & ducks and help run the local Mole Valley Freecycle group.

Our philosophy is to provide good honest advice to our customers. We owe it to them and is the way we would like to be treated ourselves.

As we are a small company, we tend to prefer working with local clients as it helps us build up a good relationship. We have listed some of the local areas we cover here. But being an internet business we can and do work with clients from all over the world.
